Similar to change managers, innovation managers are responsible for instigating, planning and executing change within companies. The main difference, however, is that innovation managers are more focused on digital transformation and the implementation of advanced technologies into a more traditional work environment.
You’ll have to work well with others, and feel comfortable around sophisticated technological tools, but if you are, you’ll be able to provide significant financial improvements, and quickly become an in- demand professional.
